SAP Software Developer As ATB’s next SAP Software Developer in the SAP Payment Central team, you’ll... contribute to the development of solutions in the SAP Payment Central application to grow ATB’s payment processing capabilities. The SAP Software Developer role is a techno-functional position responsible for delivering a wide range of solutions and programming services within the SAP Payment Central (formerly SAP Payment Engine) application. Key responsibilities include designing payment solutions, coding and leading development in SAP ABAP, configuring the application for business needs, creating integration interfaces, and performing SAP system maintenance tasks. As part of the application support team, the candidate will contribute to triaging and enhancing existing solutions while also mentoring team members. Accountabilities • Lead design, development and implementation of new solutions in SAP Payment Central in projects and squads • Work directly with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Software developers, Operations Analysts, and Business Analysts to design, develop, and document new and maintain existing business applications • Be a technical subject matter expert with regards to programming, system design, and development related activities, review code, designs and provide feedback to improve solutions and ensure quality of work • Design and construct new interfaces to integrate with SAP and non SAP applications and contribute to the larger integration design • Analyze and resolve issues reported on payments or related processes and help other team members with their analysis • Prepare system documentation and training material and contribute to team's application support documentation wiki • Develop and deliver presentations, documentation and training on new or changed procedures • Be a part of the weekly on-call rotation, support payment processes 24*7 Skills, experience & requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent • Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Programming • Knowledge of SAP Payment Engine / SAP Payment Central will be an advantage • Experience supporting/ developing solutions in an SAP application • Experience in code and design reviews and leading development • Application maintenance & monitoring- including application support, assessment, troubleshooting, modifications, performance improvement, and security • Business analysis - including data gathering, analytical thinking and insights analysis • Awareness of Data governance, Data privacy & regulation and Metadata management • Critical thinking & problem solving • Excellent written and verbal communications skills Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?
